The beautiful and quiet 4-room apartment is located at the end of a private road on the lower floor of a semi-detached house slightly elevated above Lake Lugano. The apartment faces south and has a large terrace overlooking the lake and Italy. Swimming in the lake is a 5-minute walk. Grotto is a 5-minute walk. Parking is right in front of the house. The space The apartment consists of a living room with an open kitchen, a dining room, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed 160x200 and the other with 2 single beds 90x200, 2 bathrooms each with a shower, and a recreation room with 2 fitness machines (treadmill and bike). The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary dishes, cutlery and pans. There is a glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine (Nespresso). In the living room there is a smart TV and also free internet is available. A baby travel cot (up to 2 years) is also available. Non-smoking apartment. The large terrace is directly accessible from all rooms. There is a large dining table with chairs, plus additional comfortable chairs, 2 deck chairs and a wooden lounger. A grill (charcoal / wood) is also available.
