The beautiful and quiet 4-room apartment is located at the end of a private road on the lower floor of a two-family house slightly elevated above Lake Lugano. The apartment faces south and has a large terrace overlooking the lake and Italy. Bathing facilities in the lake are a 5-minute walk away. Grotto is a 5-minute walk away. The space The apartment consists of a living room with open kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms, one with double bed 160x200 and the other with 2 single beds 90x200, 2 bathrooms each with shower, a leisure room with 2 fitness equipment (treadmill and bike). Kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary dishes, cutlery and pans. There is a glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee machine (Chicco). In the living room there is a smart TV and also freely accessible internet is available. A baby cot (up to 2 years) is also available.
