This is a luxury cottage and for that reason only responsible, mature guests will be accepted. All guests must register with the local property managers including providing names and ages of all guests and abide by community rules. License plates of vehicles must be provided as well to security and no extra vehicle or guests are allowed beyond those in the reservation. Guest access You'll be able to enjoy the entire property, it's a fantastic cottage. There is nothing shared with anyone but yourselves. Other things to note This cottage is beautiful, all guests must register with local property management and beaver valley security, license plate numbers for on-site vehicles are also required. In some cases we will consider pets! If you have a well trained pet, please let inquire before booking. The 6th bedroom is not included with the rental due to regulations in the county of maximum guest count. There is an extra fee for using this room. Please inquire in advance if you need the extra bedroom.
