NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations. Disclaimer: Nest video system has been installed at the front door and driveway of the house for EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. - Equipment: Please do not remove pool vacuum, or fee will be assessed. If there are any issues, please feel free to call us. - Smoking/Drugs: The house has a strict no smoking or vaping inside the home and backyard area. If any evidence of smoking, vaping or use of illegal substances is detected on the premises, guests will be automatically checked out, face forfeiture of the stay and additional damages may apply - Pet Policy: Due to pet allergies of future guests and our cleaners, we have a strict NO pets policy which unfortunately also extends to NO service animals - Children/Minors: Must be accompanied at all times when outside due to the risks posed by the pool. Life jackets and flotation devices are available. Any guests under the age of 18 must be disclosed; guardians must sign an electronic waiver prior to beginning reservation. - No GLITTER OR CONFETTI, NO DECOR can be affixed to walls or furniture, 1000.00 penalty - No outside vendors without prior approval and insurance on file - No glass bottles allowed near pool - Number of Guests: May not exceed 16 guests. If there are more than 16 guests sensed by Nest systems, it will result in automatic checkout and forfeiture of security deposit. The correct number of guests must be reported prior to the time of check in as we will not have the correct number of supplies should that number of guests exceed the registered number.
