The space The condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guest! All bedrooms have queen beds with their own ensuite bathrooms. The sofa in the living area pulls out to queen bed as well. The building has a large amount of open space area next to it to play out in the grass. There is an onsite shared charcoal grill that can be used at your leisure for cooking. All beds are made with freshly cleaned linens for your comfort and wellbeing. Towels and washcloths are provided in each bathroom. Enjoy complimentary wireless internet, coffee, and use of pickle-ball paddles, beach chairs(4), umbrella and corn hole. The kitchen is fully loaded with appliances like microwave, stove, fridge, and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery. Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you are simply staying in your own home. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant, and all linens and towels are bleached. -Easy self check-in via secure door keypad. -Fast WIFI availability and access on all TV's -The Pools!(Open seasonally, Hot tub year round) -Pet fee is $125. Please make sure you select it when you make your reservation. Guest access You will have access to the whole condo as well as any pools, hot tubs and common space on the resort. There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us. Other things to note *Please note* - Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog/Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog/Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Please complete both prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. There is an exterior ring camera on the front door. There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us. Please remember you are staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. No smoking permitted, to include the screen porch. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 charge. No motorcycles, trailers or motor homes are allowed on the property. Parties are NOT allowed. Any parties found to be happening with result in termination of stay with guest.
