Welcome to our private island paradise. This is a light, charming, 2 bedroom unit in a quiet setting with a view over the terraced pools & into Turtle Cove & the marina. Its 2600 square ft bring a spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen/balcony. Enjoy the outdoor BBQ grill. The patio doors opening spans 20 feet. The bedrooms have king size beds, walk-in closets, TV’s & a beautiful ensuite bath w/ a roomy walk-in showers. Please note, elevator is currently under repair. The space The property is carefully maintained and always fresh and clean. No gym, restaurant, bar, or touristy facilities on-site. Seven various restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is a 3-4 minute stroll. From there, Smith’s Reef is a mere swim. Miscellaneous water sports activities can be arranged in the marina. There is a nice gym on-site, open parking, and an elevator - in case you stay too long at the beach. This is a seasoned vacation rental property, (just new to Airbnb).
