Waterfront cottage off Lake Ontario, fits up to 10

Beautiful water front cottage right off Lake Ontario in Wilson, NY that has everything you need for your getaway to go fishing, hiking, hunting or to just relax in a gorgeous, peaceful home! We are near excellent restaurants, breweries and wineries and walking distance to the Tuscarora State Park, which has a beautiful beach, a boat/kayak launch, disc golf course, hiking trails, a new playground with bathroom access, several picnic tables and shelters! Plus we are only 30 minutes from Niagara Falls! Our newly renovated space is beautifully updated and we clean thoroughly before and after every guest! We are located on a quite street making it the perfect place to relax, enjoy nature and the beautiful views from our back deck or screened in porch! Please note that our property has a large set of stairs leading down to it, so unfortunately we are not handicap accessible, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause! Our guests will have full access to our property- nothing is off limits!! Unfortunately due to low water levels the dock is not easily accessible at this point, although we have still had guest able to use their Kayaks and Canoes from the dock! We will never come to the property during your stay unless specifically asked to by our guests! We want you to feel comfortable throughout your stay and hope you treat it as a home away from home! However; we will be available 24/7 throughout your stay via text, phone or email, whatever form of communication our guests are most comfortable with. We have several parking stops available at our house! We are working on making this space larger to accommodate more guest, but as we finish up feel free to park on the grass if needed for extra cars! We own the house next door to ours (2409) so don’t worry about using the space in front of this house! Use the spaces closest to stairs with the light post/telephone pole first as this will be easiest to unload your belongings down to the house! While we do allow families with children, we would like to note we do not have any baby proofing measures in place! Our property is on the water and has a fairly steep hill in the back leading to the water, so please keep this in mind when booking with us!
