Located a few kilometers from Santa Maria di Leuca, in the south of Puglia, Villa Nova is a comfortable villa with pool (7.5 x 3 x 1.5 m) and access to the sea at 50 m, ideal for those who want to spend their holidays using the car as little as possible. Located in a great panoramic position on the pretty and picturesque village of Marina di Novaglie, it is a short walk from some restaurants, bars and a small supermarket. The space The house is built on two levels. Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms overlooking the terrace overlooking the sea view (one convertible into double) and 1 double/triple with views of the back of the garden; 2 bathrooms/shower; a hallway that serves access to bedrooms and bathrooms; a living room with sofas and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 6/8 seats, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and fridge/freezer. Lower floor: there is a large suite - open space - with windows overlooking the sea, ideally divided into sleeping area with large double bed, bookcase and small breakfast table and living area with comfortable sofas and furniture. A hallway with closets leads to 1 bath/shower. The square overlooking the sea view is equipped with garden furniture and shaded curtain.
