Apartment with sea view and swimming pool The 2-room apartment is located on the 7th floor with balcony and wonderful sea view over the Bay of Lübeck. The kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, is open to the combined living and dining area. In the interior bedroom there are 2 separate beds. The living room has a sofa with a sleep function. This 2-room, non-smoking vacation apartment is located on the 7th floor with a balcony in a sunny, south-facing location and is suitable for up to four people. From the balcony you have a beautiful sea view of the Baltic Sea and the coast of the Bay of Lübeck. The kitchen is equipped with sufficient utensils for self-catering and has an oven, stove and dishwasher. It has a pass-through to the combined living and dining area. In the interior bedroom, there are 2 separate beds (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm). The modern shower bath is also inside. The living area is also equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and has access to the balcony. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. The vacation apartment offers our guests Wi-Fi included during their stay. Please bring bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for the duration of your stay for a fee. Bringing a dog is permitted for a fee with appropriate registration. In the period from spring to late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are under strict nature protection and may not be removed. It is usually also possible to use the balconies during the breeding season. All of our properties are non-smoking apartments. There is a children's playground on the grounds, as well as a swimming pool close by. Use of the swimming pool is included for you during your stay.
