Ocean front 3 bedroom 3 full bath in the Villa Capriani Resort. One story condo with an elevator, situated on the top floor with views of both the beach and pools. Large private balcony overlooking the ocean with outdoor seating. The space ★ Two master suites, both with private baths and king size beds. ★ Third bedroom for the kids with two bunks (4 beds). ★ TVs in all bedrooms and living room. ★ Spectrum cable and free Wifi. DVD player in the living room. ★ Fully equipped kitchen ★ Onsite restaurant and bar with amazing views ★ Largest oceanfront pool in NC ★ Multiple pools and hot tubs ★ Washer and dryer in unit All linens provided and included in cleaning fee. Linens folded and placed on beds for bunk beds. We also provide beach towels but those must be laundered by guest if used. Doorbell camera for security. **Pools are open April 1 - October 31** **Hot Tubs are open year round** **Pool and hot tub hours are 9am-11pm** Pools are open pending inspections. If your reservation is near the dates, please reach out to confirm the pool will be open if you plan to use this amenity. There will be no compensation for a pool/hot tub that is not open. This home is personally owned and managed by us, and we enjoy spending time here ourselves. We care for it as if we were preparing it for family or close friends. If you need anything during your stay, we're always just a message away. Other things to note The complex does not allow animals. We use this as a second home and have strong allergies in the family. Please, no animals. The HOA schedules bug treatment the last Thursday of every month. The maintenance crew will knock before entering.
