Prepare for spectacular sunsets as you barbeque on your private patio and watch the herons feed at the water's edge. Kayaks are available free for guest use. We are 15 minutes from the town of Antigonish, where you will find St. Francis Xavier University, well-stocked stores, and an assortment of restaurants.. For those seeking more beach time, you will find several beaches close by: rugged Dunn's Beach (30 min walk), 2 miles of sandy beach at Pomquet Provincial Park (10 minute drive), Mahoney's Beach (30 min). Keppoch Mountain, a recreational site for biking, hiking, disc golf, and winter sports is 25 minutes away.
