Three generous bedrooms, a contemporary bathroom with dual shower heads with heated floor and European laundry branch out from the main living hub accommodating the family with comfort and ease. A nod to mid-century, modern design continues outdoors with crazy paved terraces, built-in daybeds and loungers, cacti garden beds and a sparkling, turquoise pool, and heated spa. The oversized, double lock-up garage, currently utilized as a games room, along with the self-contained, one-bedroom bungalow with its own lounge, kitchenette, and bathroom, ensures children and guests are well catered for.
