3 Horseshoes Studio at Hobreid Park

Your host Ruth lives on the property in her home and this accommodation is a separate building. This is a zincalume horse shed that has been converted to a self-contained studio apartment and it's located on the eastern boundary of our small holding. The shed runs on rainwater and is serviced by a septic system. There is no NBN or Wi-Fi to interrupt the relaxing, country feel. The space The interior of the studio is open plan and it has 1 queen bed and 1 double bed. Best suited for couples for 3 people maximum. This accommodation is for adults only. It has a split system to keep you cozy and electric blankets for extra comfort during the colder months. Amenities include coffee and tea making, microwave and toaster. A gas BBQ is located on the rear covered patio. A hair dryer is located in the bathroom. Guest access Guests will be greeted by Ruth upon arrival and shown how to get into the accommodation. Other things to note You will need transport to reach Woodend comfortably (5 minutes). Otherwise it is about a 40 minute walk.
