We provide 2 kayaks and a paddleboard for guest use (plus multiple lifejackets of various sizes, including kids). Other things to note This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we’d like to keep it that way. If you looking for a place to party & get drunk with your friends - THIS IS NOT THAT PLACE! Please be respectful to the neighbors and only book if you intend to obey all the rules. We do NOT allow “events or parties”, “bachelor/bachelorette parties”, “single 20-30-somethings ‘golf’ weekends”. This property is not suitable for those types of activities.
