Seascape sets on the very edge of South Lubec Sand Bar, one of the largest Ocean Bird Sanctuaries in Maine. Seascape is all about high quality and comfort with only the guests comfort in mind. The bedding is very comfortable and added pillow choices are available from regular fill to premium down pillows. There is a smart TV, cable options and games in case you get stuck in for the day due to incumbent weather. The focal point is the front deck which has low LED lighting, that will allow you to have that perfect lobster dinner while enjoying the spectacular ocean views of Lubec, The Bay of Fundy and West Quoddy Head State Park, which is only a few miles up the road. Seascape is equipped with an outdoor gas grill and a badminton set for family enjoyment. Please note: Seascape is a non-smoking cottage. Fits 4 guests comfortably, but does have a pull out couch and air bed for children. Pets are not allowed. Additional note: Seascape is available for a discounted 6 month winter rental. Guest access Guests will have full access to the whole cottage, back and front yard for game playing, field access to the saltwater stream that rolls in and out with the tides. Seascape has a private right of way path down to the sand pebble beach where migratory birds lay. If you enjoy those beautiful morning beach walks, it's just right out your front door!
