Pet friendly The space LIVING ROOM: Our spacious living area features an open-plan kitchen, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere perfect for gatherings. With enough room to comfortably accommodate up to three families, this space is ideal for large groups. Enjoy breathtaking lake views from the living room, whether you're relaxing by the indoor combustion heater, watching TV, or streaming your favourite music. The stunning large dining table invites family meals, while the comfortable lounge offers space to unwind. For entertainment, we provide 1,000-piece puzzles and a variety of kids’ games, ensuring fun for everyone. BEDROOMS: Master Bedroom (BR1): Queen bed with a renovated ensuite bathroom and stunning lake views. Bedroom 2 (BR2): Queen bed with gorgeous lake views. Bedroom 3 (BR3): Queen bed. Bedroom 4 (BR4): Bunk beds sleeping 5 (1+1 and 2+1 bunk beds), partial lake views. Bedroom 5 (BR5): Bunk beds sleeping 6 (2+1 bunk beds: double on the bottom, single on top). BATHROOMS: Bathroom 1: Ensuite to the Master Bedroom, newly renovated with modern amenities. Bathroom 2: Includes shower, toilet, and vanity, located near Bedrooms 3 and 4. Bathroom 3: Features a shower/bath, toilet, and vanity, conveniently located by Bedrooms 2 and 5. OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor area offers ample space for a cozy fire (during fire season), and kids will love the Vuly Monkey bar playground in the front yard. The expansive lawn is perfect for sports, running, or cycling around the property. A recently added basketball stand provides additional outdoor fun. The large deck offers 180-degree views of the stunning lake, ensuring a peaceful, private atmosphere while still being close to local shops and the nearby small town. The town also features a jetty for boats and jet skis. Ample parking is available for cars and boats, with covered parking for two vehicles. For larger groups, we provide plenty of space to accommodate caravans, trailers, tents, and swags for a unique camping experience. While our small jetty is not suitable for larger boats or jet skis, there is a boat ramp just 2 minutes away. You can easily access the lake from our property using kayaks or small boats. PLEASE NOTE: We welcome all guests who respect the property, environment, and house. While we encourage fun and gatherings, this is not a party house. Feel free to celebrate responsibly, but please keep noise levels down after 10–11 pm and ensure no broken glass is left on the grass for the safety of children running around.
