This 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 story lake house with a walkout basement is extremely spacious, with multiple areas to relax or have fun with friends or family! From the game room, 3 decks, and the 2 living rooms it is perfect for large families and groups. The main floor is comprised of 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, and living room that opens up into a oversized wrap around porch. On the porch there is a Webber grill, 2- 6ft white picnics table and chairs for lounging. *This is a quite family lake, no load music or parties. Thank you! The upstairs has a spacious landing with little nooks for reading or journaling. There is the master bedroom with a queen bed has an attached full bathroom. The second master features a balcony with a roof and fan. The third room upstairs has beautiful pine shiplap ceilings. The walkouts basement features a dining areas with a large 8.5’ table, a kitchenette with an extra refrigerator, a large living room with a TV…and a secret game room behind the “bookshelf”. The game room has a futon, large TV, a PS4, multiple arcade game, shuffleboard, and a drat board. The walkout basement leads to another porch that is shaded and has 2 ceiling fans, outdoor lights and 2 sectionals. There are 4 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and a paddle boat to use. Free to use!! There are also life jackets and fishing poles. The house is 5 minutes from town of Evart. There is dairy whip for ice cream trips, a tube rental for tubing or kayaking down the Muskegon river, restaurants, a bar, bowling alley , grocery store and a dollar general.
