Private Vineyard Estate w/ Guest House & Hot Tub

The home layout is ideal for families or friends, with 4 bedrooms in the main house and the convenience and privacy of a separate Guest House (included in rental) with a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. **Please no extra guests, events or gatherings** The space Truly a unique property perched atop a 2 acre vineyard with over 1,700 vines. Relax on one of the many outdoor decks sipping wine by the firepit and taking in the panoramic views, or play a game of pool in the game room. Other entertainment features include foosball, Ms Pacman classic arcade with over 50 games, ping pong, tether ball, corn hole (bean bag toss), expansive play structure, large outdoor BBQ, hot tub, TV's in all bedrooms, and Atari game system. Enjoy cooking from the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy meals together in the dining room overlooking the vineyard. Guest access Guests will enjoy private access to the entire property, including the house, the casita (one bedroom detached guest house) and all outdoor entertainment spaces. Other things to note This is not a party house. No events or gatherings allowed. Also, there are no day guests allowed, over the guest count you cite on your reservation. Please just be up front with us regarding the number of guests you plan on having. There is an additional $25 per person charge for each guest over 9. We live in a quiet residential neighborhood and have a strict no noise policy between 10pm - 7am. Our neighbors are very noise sensitive and will call us or police if there is excessive noise after 10pm. Please be respectful of our neighbors and community. The main house is over 2,600sf with 2 shared full bathrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious with a king bed (no private bathroom) and a twin bed. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed with a small adjoining bedroom that can sleep an additional two people (twin with twin trundle bed). To access the small adjoining room with trundle beds, you must go through the bedroom #2. There is a door between the two rooms for privacy. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. The detached guest house is approximately 600sf and located just steps from the main house. The guest house has a 1 bedroom (king bed), a bathroom with shower, and open concept kitchen and living room with a couch that converts into a single bed (child size only) for extra sleeping. Great for extended families, friends or use as a master suite! We have beach chairs and two coolers for your use if needed! The vineyard was planted in early 2018, and the first harvest took place in fall of 2020. We received shipment of our debut red blend in June 2022. Because it is a working vineyard, there is weekly maintenance scheduled on property. During the harvest months (Sept - Oct), there may be additional staff on-site to pick ana manage vineyard. We will always try to give you a heads up. The property owners live next door should you have any questions! You must be 25 years of age or older to rent property.
