Tenney Mountain Retreat, Plymouth & Rumney, NH

Located on Tenney Mountain, newly added to the Indy Pass for this upcoming ski season! We are on the tubing hill with the ability to ski right to the unit (snow permitting!) after crossing the street from the resort! 10 minutes to the Rumney Rocks, Plymouth State University, and the Barn at the Pemi. 15 minutes to Wellington State Park on Newfound Lake. 30 or less to Franconia Notch, the Lincoln Ice Castles, Loon, Waterville Valley, Weirs Beach, and Cannon Mountain. The space Featuring a chef’s kitchen, a two-person walk-in rainfall shower with body jets, and a two-person bath and rainfall shower overhead. The amount of adult guests staying at the house at any time is capped at 7. NO PARTIES WILL BE TOLERATED. Loud must be kept to a minimum after 10 PM. We have neighbors next door who do not tolerate partying of any sort. If we get any noise complaints, you will be charged for the full security deposit. This is NON NEGOTIABLE. Respect our home as if it was your own. COOKING- We feel the need to discuss this, as some guests have commented lately. We DO NOT provide cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, spices and oil, and this is largely because we do not want to attract bugs to the kitchen. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, please bring your own essentials. We do provide basic cookware, however. GRILLS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE BACKYARD. The condo association does not allow us to grill in the backyard due to insurance coverage. ONLY TWO VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED TO BE PARKED OVERNIGHT AT THE UNIT. NO BOATS OR TRAILERS ALLOWED TO BE PARKED ON THE PREMISES. There is no central air conditioning in the unit. However, we have AC units in both the upstairs and downstairs bedroom. We do not provide wood for the fireplace. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the unit. Period. If you smoke, we will charge you your full security deposit to get the smell out. Two bedroom, two and a half bath with a loft. First floor bedroom has a bathroom. Second floor has a master bedroom, bathroom, and a loft with bunk beds. Silverware, cookware, and cups and plates included. We also have a washer or drier, though we encourage you to use them only if necessary. We do not provide coffee or bath soap. Guest access The whole condo will be for guests, with the exception of our cleaning and maintenance closets Other things to note - Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited. Any reports of smoking by our cleaning team will result in the loss of your security deposit. - We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for parties - Parking so for 2 cars only in front of the home. No large Sprinter Vans/Vehicles, trailers, boats, snowmobiles, or jet skis. - Any charges assessed by the HOA for noise disruptions, parties, or illegal/ prohibited activities unfortunately will have to be passed on to the booking guest. By booking you are staying that you agree to these terms.
