A coastal chic home away from home. You are going to step into your own coastal oasis with a large private backyard to gather by the fire pit/grill a meal together. Only a few minutes away from the beautiful beaches, downtown SRQ, and St. Armands Circle. A great location to have the city life but also quiet enough to relax when you need some RNR. This house is part of a duplex. Contact owner if interested in renting both units. Both have private yards. Parties and events are not allowed. The space The entire home is for you to use including a large outdoor living space which has a fire pit, grill, seating, and shower. Private parking is also in the front of the property. The home is a duplex, however, each unit has its own private amenities. Guest access Guest have access to all of the amenities. These include the outdoor living space and washer and dryer. Other things to note Only Service Animals allowed. Service animals may not be left unattended at home without their owner present.
