Here is what one of our recent (and regular) guests said about us, Another perfect weekend at the Megabus for the three of us (1 x 5 year old) The field of bluebells and birds and butterflies, sunrises and sunsets, fire pits and stars, warm and comfy bus with everything you need to be comfortable. A day on the beach, a day on the moors. Our favourite spot in the country, particularly our daughter, begging to go back already! Ian and Sarah the perfect hosts as always, thank you. The space The bus has a very comfortable double and small single bed. The kitchen and bed units are bespoke and made from reclaimed hardwood finished to a high standard. the bus sleeps two adults and a small person/ child. Hot and cold water are supplied to a sink. There is a small gas heated shower. There is a small fridge, cutlery, crockery, pans, dishes, glasses, mugs, bedding and towels, all provided. There are 3x mains powered sockets. The lighting is powered by solar panels and a battery, also powering a USB charging point. The composting toilet is approximately 10m from the bus. Additional camping/van parking space is available for a fee upon request. Guest access Guests have access to the bus, the garden and sun lounging area which is seen in the photos. You are also welcome to walk in our field, have a picnic or lie in the sun or shade whichever you prefer. We keep lambs and free range chickens and sell eggs from our house via an honesty box, although as a guest you will be supplied with tea, coffee and milk. Other things to note Covid update 26-06-2020. In line with government guidance we will be taking bookings for the bus again from July 4th 2020. We will be reviewing our cleaning procedures to make sure that we are all safe. We will only be operating a self check in service we will leave the keys at the bus and you can let yourself in and leave the keys in the bus when you check out we may have to take a little longer for changeover we will let guests know a check in time. Please note there are no shared spaces at the bus, all facilities are for your use only. In line with government regulations we will need guests to supply their address and postcode prior to arrival. These details will not be shared with anybody but are needed in case there is an outbreak and track and trace can be implemented. Checkout will be at 10am and check in after 2.30pm to give us time to complete the enhanced cleaning protocols. A new addition this summer is WIFI......at last !!
