Modern Cottage in the Poconos

WE HAVE A STRICT NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE POLICY, please read all descriptions and rules before booking :) Newly renovated, peaceful cottage near hiking, skiing, and Mt. Airy casino. 20 minutes from Kalahari and Camelback. 15 minutes from Walmart, larger grocery chains and restaurants. Please note the neighbors are closeby, the home is not isolated. MUST BE 21 or older to book. NO SMOKING in the house or you will be charged an extra cleaning fee. The space Newly renovated, modern home with a fully stocked kitchen and Apple TV so you can log into all of your subscriptions such as Netflix and Hulu. Guest access The entire home, backyard, and deck Other things to note Please note, while the home is quiet, it is NOT secluded and there are neighbors right next door. - No pets - No smoking in the house, outside is OK. NO SMOKING in the house or you will be charged an extra cleaning fee. - There is a camera on the front porch. No unauthorized guests or pets! - The TV does not have cable - only an Apple TV with Netflix, Hulu, etc. - The sewer system is sensitive and it's best to throw everything out in the trash. Please only flush toilet paper. - We do not have charcoal for the grill, but you can buy it in the area. There is a supermarket a few minutes away. Wifi suitable for working from home and desk is available as a workspace!
