The Space:

The entire building has just been remodeled! This Pikes Peak's Best unit is complete with a three bed, two bedroom, one bath unit with a private entrance and an amazing view of the mountains from the entryway as well as the back bedroom! Stainless steel appliances and individually controlled heating for each room makes this unit incredibly comfortable and perfect for your visit to Colorado Springs!

** As of 6/10/22 ** We have completed our landscaping in the back yard! We are thrilled to be able to provide our guests with a shared courtyard consisting of a large, custom built in fire pit, natural gas BBQ grill, 2 corn hole sets, and an outdoor dining area which will be an AWESOME place to hangout in the amazing Colorado weather looking straight at Pikes Peak. If you would like a more private yard to escape to, the side yard will still be yours and totally private from the shared courtyard out back!

BEDROOM 1:

The bedroom has a relaxing feel with a style that mixes vintage and modern. The queen sized mattress is like sleeping on a cloud and is incredibly comfortable. Catch up on emails from the high-tech sit/stand electronic desk with a wireless phone charger built in.

BEDROOM 2:

This bedroom features large windows that bathe the room in sunshine for more than 300 days a year. When you're ready to call it a night, you’ll be greeted by a comfortable queen sized bed, luxury grade bedding, and direct views of Pikes Peak!

LIVING ROOM:

Enjoy the 55” 4k Roku Smart TV with built-in Wi-Fi so you can pick up streaming your favorite shows where you left off at home! There is also a queen-sized pull out sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress for additional guests.

KITCHEN:

Fully loaded and ready for cooking, the kitchen has everything you need from pizza cutters to cooking oils and spices. Enjoy fresh coffee every morning from our Keurig stocked with coffee pods and creamer in the fridge!

BATHROOM:

The full bathroom is equipped with all standard toiletries and features a hairdryer, makeup removal wipes, and even emergency feminine products.

LAUNDRY:

Catch up on laundry or wash those clothes after a beautiful hike nearby! There is a stacked washer/ dryer unit in the hallway.

LEGAL:

We are legally registered with the City! Rest assured that your booking won't be canceled at the last minute due to staying at an unpermitted short term rental.

Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire private, newly-remodeled, main level apartment. You will have a unique door code to the smart lock that will only be active for the duration of your stay for maximum security and convenience for our guests.

The Neighborhood:

We are located on the north side of Memorial Park with incredible views of Cheyenne Mountain, the Memorial Park Skate Park, and Volleyball Courts.

Getting Around:

Conveniently walk a couple blocks and you'll find yourself some places to eat, drink, and hangout. There's a local favorite just a couple blocks away for some great coffee called Dutch Bros or another block away and you'll find a Starbucks as well.

Located only a few minutes drive away and you'll be Downtown, where you will find amazing places to eat such as Odyssey Gastropub, which is incredible and has a little bit of everything, T-Byrd's and Dos Santos have amazing Mexican food, Bingo Burger and The Skirted Heifer for great burgers or you can relax with a beer at Phantom Canyon or Mash Mechanix (our favorite breweries).

Other Things to Note:

** April 30th to May 24th of 2022 ** We are having landscaping done in the back yard during these dates. We can't wait!! We are adding a fire pit, BBQ, corn hole pit, lights, and making the whole backyard AWESOME to hangout in the amazing Colorado weather looking straight at Pikes Peak. There will be equipment used, some noise, and possible dust. The side yard will still be yours and totally private during this time.
