Elk Ridge 272 (@Restmore Inn), downtown Hill City

Elk Ridge 272 is located in the edge of downtown Hill City, the heart of the Black Hills. This 935 sq. ft. vacation home is themed with Elk and has just been remodeled. It is on the top floor (the bottom floor is a separate dwelling). It has 3 bedrooms with a king bed, a queen bed, a bunk bed with full and twin, and a queen sleeper-sofa. It has a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, gas grill, microwave, coffee maker, pots & pans, etc., TV, DVD player, dining table, a double sink bathroom, high speed internet, fire pit, and a balcony. Bedding linens, towels, and propane for the gas grill are provided. Maximum 9 people, base rates for 6 people (kids under 2 are free). For additional occupants add $10.00/person/night. An onetime cleaning charge of $100 and 9% tax will be added to all reservations. Nonsmoking and no pets. No RVs or tents. Minimum stays are 3 nights and the Rally is 4 nights. Rental agreements and credit card information are required. This vacation home don't have wheelchair access, non smoking and no pets. Lastest Renovated: a new dining furniture.
