Our farmhouse is located in the well-preserved hamlet of Roucabie, with its stunning views of the Dourbie Valley. In Thébaides, with its unique atmosphere, you will travel through time in the gorges of the Dourbie. You will find all the sweetness of life and the authenticity of the Cévennes through our traditional sheepfolds. The space From JULY 12 to AUGUST 29, ONLY FOR THE WEEK FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY. Discover "LA MAILLOU" (the vineyard), which can accommodate 8 people:   Our sheepfold will be the gentle guardian of your nights, the peaceful refuge of your days... Carefully decorated, our 110 m² residence is spread over two levels. It combines the authenticity of the old with all the modern comforts to accommodate up to 8 people in complete privacy.   ON THE GARDEN LEVEL:   The house offers you an equipped kitchen (Smeg refrigerator, Lacanche range, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, raclette machine), a lovely dining room, a living room with a wood-burning stove, a blanket, and a television; a hallway and a separate toilet.   UPSTAIRS:   You will find a first double bedroom (160 cm bed) with its bathroom (shower). In the extension, there is a bathroom (shower), a separate toilet, and an open dormitory (in a row), consisting of a double bed (160 cm) and two bunk beds. A third double bedroom (160 cm bed), nestled in the rock.   OUTSIDE:   You will have access to the long balcony of the house (from spring to fall: plancha), as well as to its fully private swimming pool (3m x 6m).   ARRIVALS BEFORE 6:00 PM CHECK-OUT BEFORE 10:00 AM Nespresso coffee maker, plancha, kettle, raclette machine. SHEETS ARE NOT PROVIDED €10 single set €20 for a double set €5 bath mat €5 for 2 tea towels €10 for a bath towel + a hand towel SUPERMARKET LOCATED 35 MINUTES AWAY OTHER COTTAGES ARE RENTED IN THE HAMLET OR ADJACENT MARKET DAY ON TUESDAY So that your vacation and that of the entire hamlet go smoothly, please respect these few rules during your stay in ROUCABIE: For everyone's well-being, we invite you to respect the silence of the maquis from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Be mindful of noise disturbance when you are at your pool The presence of the alarm should in no way diminish your vigilance. (The alarm booklet as well as spare batteries are stored in the sheepfold)   ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED AND UPON REQUEST   From JULY 11 to AUGUST 29, ONLY WEEKLY FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY.   THE POOL AND THE GRILL ARE IN OPERATION FROM JUNE 1 TO SEPTEMBER 30. Guest access ALWAYS FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR DOURBIES, DO NOT GO TO TREVES Other things to note SHEETS ARE NOT PROVIDED €20 for a double set, €10 for a single set, €10 for 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel, €5 for a bath mat, €5 for 2 kitchen towels PLEASE PAY THE CONCIERGE SERVICE ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL AT LA BERGERIE. The €75 cleaning fee corresponds to 2 hours of indoor cleaning and 1 hour outdoors (mowing, pool maintenance). Wood is provided free of charge for the winter season.
