If you're arriving by car, you'll have your own dedicated parking spot (although there is also ample visitor parking in front of the building). **For stays of 30 days or longer, we require guests to complete a background check and sign an extended stay agreement. 1- Please refrain from hosting parties or events during your stay. 2- Only individuals registered on the reservation are permitted on the premises. 3- Smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind, including candles or incense, is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony. 4- We highly value the peace and tranquility of our neighborhood. Kindly maintain minimal noise levels, particularly during our designated quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. 5- No pets / animals allowed. * Violations of these above guidelines may incur a charge of $200, and guests may be asked to vacate the premises without refund. 6- No Access to any areas marked as private or other units of the same building *Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund. 7- Please exercise care and consideration during your stay to avoid excess cleaning or damages. Charges may be applied for any necessary repair or replacement. 8- Should you inadvertently leave behind personal belongings requiring shipping, we offer this service for a nominal fee of $50 plus the actual shipping cost. Shipping + handling fee must be prepaid before shipment. 9- Check out procedure: - Return all kitchen items to their original location you found or follow existing labelling. - Run the dishwasher if needed. - Collect all trash and place it in the outside bin. - Place all used towels in the washer and start a load. - Close all windows and lock all exterior doors. 10- No access to the mailbox. Please rent a PO box. There is a $50 charge if you want us to go there and get the mail for you. 11- If a guest's actions result in a fine from any utility company, government agency, HOA, parking enforcement or other party, the guest will be responsible for the full amount of the fine plus a $100 administrative fee. You’ll be staying in one of the best locations in Bellevue. Not only can you walk to the West Microsoft Campus and Goldsmith neighborhood park, but you’ll also be located close to Overlake Square & Plaza. If you want to spend the day hiking, then Bridle Trails State Park is also a short drive away. In addition to the local sights, downtown Redmond can be reached by car in just over 5 minutes. The condo is also minutes to Highway 520 & 405, so you can easily access downtown Bellevue or Seattle. Around 14 miles from the stadium, with an estimated 18-minute drive. Transit options run about 57–68 minutes, including direct and transfer routes.
