Summit Lodge is on 2 acres of undisturbed land with mountain views and plenty of space for kids to run around and have fun. Bring your friends and fill all 8 beds here at Summit Lodge. Woodland park is full of adventure from hiking, biking, fishing, golfing, and more! Our favorite part of the home, the open living room and kitchen that look out into the mountain range are perfect for your family retreat and relaxation. The House sleeps 12 adults, but we allow bookings up to 16 if you are wanting to double up kids on the full beds. We have not updated the photos of the home yet, but there are now 4 full beds on the floor rather than 2 bunk beds in that room. The home is equipped with a pack-n-play and a booster seat in the kitchen for any smaller children as well. Guest access You'll have the entire house and grounds to yourself, with the exception of a locked cleaning closet downstairs. Please note, in the winter the snow removal company may come during your stay to clear the driveways earlier in the morning. We also have a hot tub maintenance professional come every other week to check the chemicals. If they are scheduled to come during your stay, we will let you know. Check in is at 4:30 PM and check out is at 10:30 AM. Depending on other bookings on either side of your stay, we may be able to adjust those times at an additional fee per request based on cleaner scheduling. Other things to note Photo ID & deposit required for all reservations. Minimum age to rent this property is 25. No smoking of any kind allowed inside. All 4 TVs in the home are Smart TVs and no streaming or cable services are provided. You are welcome to log into your own accounts when you arrive. All beds will be made with linens and bedding. Please give us an accurate number of guests so we can provide towels appropriately. Guests must be able to climb stairs to access the lower level. Entrance to the home is on the upper level with only 2 steps to the front door. There are two cameras facing the front driveway for home security when we do not have guests. One is a ring doorbell at the main front door, and a second is on the right corner of the garage. **There are no cameras inside the home or on the back of the home.**
