Secure with a gated entry. Interior is hotel chic, with a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, laundry. The property is a 2 bdr villa with ensuite bathrooms. Guest access The entire 2 bed/2bath villa with patio, pool, pool deck and driveway is solely for the guests. Other things to note Beach towels, chairs & umbrellas are there for your use. Snorkel gear (2 sets) and some pool floats are available for your use. Several board and card games available for your use. Bluetooth/Airplay compatible indoor and outdoor speakers. Provo has experienced exponential growth the last 5 years. As such, construction is evident throughout the island, and Long Bay is no exception. Impossible to predict, there is a home being built next door that sometimes sits for months without work being conducted, sometimes there is work being done. You are unlikely to notice any noise with the exception of being by the pool. Has never bothered me and is often not happening, but there is no escaping construction with the growth occurring.
