Unique Dome Home With Hot Tub & Piano, on 28 acres

One-of-a-kind Dome home on 28 acres of private forest. Surrounded by trees and wildlife, including deer, turtles, wild turkeys, birds, chipmunks, ground hogs, squirrels & rabbits. The house was recently updated with a new hot tub, baby grand piano, strong internet, house-wide sound system, good espresso machine & towel warmers. It has central heating and air-conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. 10 min to town with restaurants, markets, rock-climbing and outdoor activities. The space Living in a round space is a unique experience. The huge glass panels going up to the top of the dome make you feel outside, inside. The space is bathed in warm and bright sunlight,which is both energizing and soothing. It feels like a movie set, with the sunlight and the moon changing the ambience through the house. There is a fantastic, well designed sound system, and an excellent and very well equiped kitchen for cooking up a storm. The new landscaping makes the new exterior of the house as beautiful as the architecture. Enjoy the stream and waterfalls while the flowers bloom throughout the spring and summer. A newly installed veggie garden is available to be used by guests: pick your own fresh organic produce! We also try to leave the pantry stocked for our guests with breakfast items, condiments, and snacks. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house, and the surrounding 28 acres of forest/trees. - Guest do not have access to owners closets or hyperbaric chamber. Other things to note The house is a bit like a boat, requires everyone pitching in a little to make the property enjoyable! When staying please check the hot tub daily to make sure it’s on, and if staying more than 5 days filters need to be checked — even if not using it. Instructions are in the house manual. Guest will be required to sign a standard rental agreement before check-in and add card on file for a $1000 refundable security deposit before receiving check-in instructions. If you bringing a pet, there is a pet fee of $300. There is a hyperbaric chamber on site, this must not be touched at all. Depending on availability we can offer for an extra fee: - Daily housekeeping. - Car or Helicopter transfer services from NYC or airports. - Stocking of fridge and pantry prior to arrival. - Day adventures guides such as: rock climbing, spa day, lunch or dinner at the mountain house.
