Feel free to play in the cove and in the canal but DO NOT WALK ON NEIGHBOR'S BEACHES. During low tide, if you want to take the kayaks out to the canal, you MUST walk through the middle of the cove to get to the canal - DO NOT WALK ON NEIGHBOR'S BEACHES. Other things to note Because the neighbors all share the cove, guests must sign a waiver so that the neighbors don't have to take on any extra liability when the guests use the cove. The waiver must be signed and returned prior to arrival or the booking will be canceled. The waiver will be sent to all adult guests to e-sign after booking.
