This energy-efficient wooden chalet is ideal for a relaxing weekend in Moselle. Located on the edge of a private pond, it has exceptional views of nature. Equipped with quality materials, it can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children very comfortably. Easy access and just 15 minutes from Metz, this cottage and its outdoor space will make your stay timeless! Catering services are available in addition and by reservation. The space The cottage consists of a large living area on the ground floor, with a living room overlooking the pond (equipped with a sofa bed that converts to a 160 cm bed), a dining area for 8 people, a fully equipped kitchen around a wood-burning stove, a bathroom with toilet, a storage area with board games. Upstairs, a mezzanine offers a king-size bed and a pull-out bed for two children. Built-in closets are also installed. Guest access The rental includes access to all facilities. Other things to note This cottage is not connected to any network. Electricity, water and wastewater treatment are carried out independently. This large plot is also used for the production of vegetables to supply our Restaurant located 10 minutes away.
