Cozy cottage on a private pond

On the edge of a private pond, our self-contained chalet invites you to experience a real timeless break in the heart of the Lorraine countryside, just 15 minutes from Metz. Designed for slowing down, finding yourself and fully enjoying nature, this wooden cocoon combines comfort, calm and disconnection in a warm and soothing atmosphere. Wood-burning fire, water views, terrace and surrounding nature create an ideal setting for a relaxing stay in any season. The space The cottage is organized around a large, cozy living space on the ground floor, with a living room that opens onto the pond and is equipped with a 160 cm sofa bed. There is also a dining area that seats up to 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with toilet as well as a storage area with a few board games to fully enjoy evenings at the chalet. Upstairs, the mezzanine has a king-size bed, a trundle bed that can accommodate two children, and several built-in closets. Guest access The rental includes access to all facilities. Other things to note The cottage operates entirely independently and is not connected to any network: electricity, water supply and wastewater treatment are managed on site in an environmentally friendly manner. The pond is a natural recreational area and is not intended for fishing. In order to preserve the calm and the spirit of the place, parties and camping on the property are not allowed. This large plot also hosts vegetable production for our restaurant, which is located about ten minutes away. Depending on the season, you may see our gardeners at work: preparing crops, harvesting, or maintaining the grounds are part of the daily routine here and contribute greatly to its authenticity.
