Our listing is on the 3rd floor, and because we are on the top floor, we have more privacy, a nice view of the woods and the large double-story vaulted ceilings. Summer pool hours are 9am-9:30pm (hot tubs do not reopen until the ski season). We encourage you to bring beach towels if you like. As a tenant, you have access to a recreational building with an indoor pool and 2 hot tubs (hot tubs closed for maintenance over the summer.) Our guests have access to the entire condo. Enjoy! We are on the slopes! Right at the top of Quads A and B from the Clocktower base. No need to ski to the base to start the day! A short walk to the recreation building with a pool and hot tubs. Quick access to downtown Ludlow- great restaurants, Shaw’s supermarket, Hatchery breakfast favorite, wine and cheese shop and much more. Walk, drive or ski to the Clock tower or Jackson Gore base areas. Walk to the slopes, recreation center, outdoor grills, and tennis courts. Short drive down hill to the historic town of Ludlow. Not far from Rutland, the outlet shopping in Manchester, Weston’s famous Country Store. Want a designated driver or another way to get about? Okemo has a free shuttle from December through March, that stops right near our unit. Check times and availability as they do change. -parking permit during ski season- You will receive 2 parking passes for your stay. Since our location is ski-on/ski-off, there can be some people that try to sneak into our parking! So, they do tow cars without a pass. More than 8 people are not permitted (fee of $300/for each guest over the number booked through Airbnb) SEASON RENTAL is available for $52,000 plus utilities (about $1500) and bi-monthly cleaning. We would love to have a week (not a weekend) in March and would reduce the rental for this time.
