The space Villa Soderini is a modern, newly built house situated in the picturesque village of Orasac, 12 km west of Dubrovnik. It offers accommodation for up to 10 persons in four spacious double bedrooms and it is ideal for families or couples looking for a great holiday in a private little paradise only 20 minutes drive from Dubrovnik. The villa is newly built and furnished to the highest standard to comply with the Croatian official 5 star categorisation rating. It provides all amenities that you might wish for, from the great size heated outdoor pool equipped with a swimming machine, spacious gardens and terraces with Mediterranean herbs and fruit trees, barbecue, full top notch kitchen with large dining tables for ten both inside and outside, high quality furnishings, gym equipment (treadmill, excercise bike & crosstrainer), large balcony from each bedroom on the first floor overlooking the Elafiti islands as well as a roof terrace which is ideal for chilling out. It is definitely a place you will fall in love with at first sight and it will make you feel like home. We recommend you rent a car /cars so that you can fully enjoy your holiday and visit the local area and there is private garage for parking at the villa. Additionally transportation can also be arranged for you as well as excursions, boat trips, private chef, maid service, babysitting, etc. Please note that they are all subject to availability and need to be booked in advance. Layout: -Outside: In the back of the villa is a large private garden terrace with swimming pool, heated outside shower, sun deck with loungers, a barbecue & a large table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy having a swim or simply sun bathing and enjoying the view of the Elafiti islands. -Ground floor: Consists of a living room with sitting area, gym area with a treadmill, excercise bike & a crosstrainer, fully equipped high end kitchen, dining area with a large dining table and a half bathroom. A large sliding door from the living room opens onto the terrace and the pool area. -First floor: Consists of four great size double rooms (3 with super king size beds and 1 with single beds that can be joined together into a super king). Each room has a private ensuite bathroom (2 with bath and showers and 2 with showers only). Additionally from each room there is a balcony with garden furniture and stunning views. Extra persons can sleep on sofa beds which are in the bedrooms (all rooms except master bedroom have one). -Second floor: Open roof terrace with stunning views. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property. Other things to note Please note that there is no fence around the pool and children must always be accompanied by an adult. Please note that there are no parties or events allowed, also quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am. All guests must legally be registered with authorities on arrival (we shall need to ask to see your passports on arrival in order to do so) and only registered guests are allowed access to the property. This is a no smoking property, smoking is allowed only outside.
