One is on the ground floor of the residence, with a gate leading to a small veranda equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, garden view. The other two two-room apartments of this type are on the second floor, with partial sea view. All three are cozy and bright, consisting of a living room, bedroom and bathroom. The living room, in addition to the kitchenette, table and chairs, also has 1 double sofa bed. A hallway leads to the double bedroom and shower room. The facility is just 10 meters from the beaches, located right in front. The structure`s apartments are all two-room apartments up to 4 beds and three-room apartments up to 6 beds, divided on four levels and equipped with air conditioning, kitchenette, TV, wi-fi internet. You can access the sea from the free sandy beach simply by crossing the provincial road in front of the facility. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Shared Pool available from May to October. - Pool opening from 9am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Please note that payment of the security deposit of euro 100 is required upon arrival by credit card, cash or instant bank transfer.
