The hot tub technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. - The lands keeper will go once a week - - Security cameras - For safety purposes we have 2 cameras installed in the front door facing the front yard and In front of the garage facing the cars, this will be recorded 24/7 for security purposes not inside the house to keep your privacy. - Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit and it will be no refundable. - This home has a garden/pool area. You may see wildlife in the yard and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. (IE: Spider, lady bug, ants or even a bee). None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them we work very hard to keep the house clean and we have monthly pest/bug control -
