Other things to note Pool & Hot Tub Heating: An additional fee of $50 per day applies to all reservations from October through April to heat the pool and hot tub. This is to cover the significant natural gas costs during cooler months and ensure the water is warm for your arrival. Family-Friendly: A Pack ’n Play/travel crib and a standalone high chair are available for your use. Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the primary bedroom's walk-in closet for guest use.
