One king suite on the first floor, two King suites on the second floor with a playful bunk room with four Twin beds. One king bedroom also contains a set of twin bunks. The bathrooms are all en-suite for privacy and convenience. ●Kitchen and Living Area The open concept living and kitchen areas are designed for your comfort. The wall of windows let in plenty of light and the entire space is freshly decorated with new furnishings and fixtures. The kitchen has everything you need for family meals, including toaster, blender, crock pot, rice cooker, and all the rest. A Keurig, drip coffee pot, French press and tea kettle get you started each day. Enjoy the 10 foot island with barstools, or dine at the dinner table, or even take your meal outside on the balcony for a retreat. In the living area, cozy upon the sectional with everyone to watch your streaming or Dish TV. Plenty of games are located in the TV console also. ●Outdoors Just a four minute walk to the beach will get you the white sands and beach water! We provide a cooler and beach wagon with the umbrellas, chairs and toys, so you will be set to enjoy your day. Afterwards, wash off the sand at the outdoor shower, and grill up dinner on the propane grill. If you aren't ready to come indoors just yet, head over to the heated salt water pool and relax. This pool is shared with only 4 other homes, so it is super convenient. Take a right on West Lagoon and walk to beach in 3 minutes. The very popular Beach House Restaurant, ice cream, general store and liquor store are also right around the corner. Tip: eat on the patio at The Beach House! Centrally locate in Gulf Shores - close enough to all the touristy stuff, situated perfectly away from the crowds! Free Parking is super convenient with four large spots under the house. Walmart and Publix are ten minutes away. The beach and lagoon are walkable. We are located one block off of West Beach Blvd between 10th and 11th. Since the house is on stilts, there are 18 steps to get to the main level. Bring your passwords for streaming services. Please be aware of the weather conditions during your stay. We are not responsible for power outages, internet outages or maintaining the conditions of the roads, decks and driveways in the event of rain, storms, hurricanes, flooding etc. The grill must stay on the ground due to fire safety regulations. Please do not move it to the balcony or deck. Please do not move or relocate the indoor or outdoor furniture. Trash service runs on Mondays and Thursdays. The trash service will bring the cans to and from the curb. A/C must remain on auto to prevent freezing up. Minimum AC temp is at 68 degrees. Please park underneath the home. Please do not park on the cobblestones. We offer a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towel roll, shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. We unfortunately cannot offer beach towels or food stuff basics, so please make sure you have those.
