From a high-adventure activity to simply relaxing and enjoying the slower pace of life, the area offers something for everyone.  THE HOUSE: Porchside is named for its great covered porch that stretches the entire length of the house and a large second floor deck that offers a harbor glimpse.  It is the perfect place to enjoy the smell of the salt air and the sounds of the Harbor with multiple dining and relaxing options inside and out.  The interior has a fresh coastal vibe spacious and uncluttered this cottage is equipped to ensure visitors have an enjoyable and functional home base for their vacation. There is a spacious yard with plenty of room for games of croquet, volleyball, etc. and a picnic table.  Parking accommodates up to 4 vehicles. House is 1800 square feet of interior living space with an additional 832 square feet of exterior covered porch and decks. FIRST FLOOR: Enter through the kitchen on the back side of the house or the front door into the front hallway. Easily prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with center island, and gas range. The kitchen opens to the dining room and has a large table which with a bench and 4 chairs can comfortably seat 8.  It is a great place to share meals, put together jigsaw puzzles or play board games.  From the kitchen go through the hallway to the bright and cheerful living room with comfortable sofa and chairs.  (The fireplace is for decoration only.) There is an updated and sunny 3/4 bathroom with shower off the center hallway. Smart TV with reliable broadband WIFI and a full sized laundry in the basement. SECOND FLOOR: Up the staircase from the front hallway are the four lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds and full bathroom with tub/shower.  Three of the bedrooms each have one queen bed and the fourth has a set of bunkbeds.  The primary bedroom is accessed via a hallway that can be used as an office with a desk and chair and also access to the second floor deck.
