It is short walking distance to several shops and restaurants, with easy driving access to many local restaurants and attractions. The space Guests can enjoy the entire house to themselves in a cute and quiet neighborhood. It’s equipped with 3 bedrooms, two full baths, two large living spaces, and a full kitchen and dining area. There are 2 TVs (we do not have cable - but all major streaming apps are loaded with many shows and movies of your choosing). There is a spacious sunroom full of books and toys that opens up to a large covered back porch with a concrete pad for grilling and a spacious enclosed back yard, perfect for the little ones! You can also light up the fire pit on those crisp fall nights if you have a hankering for a s’more, or just to enjoy some warm conversation. We are right in the heart of Madison City, in very close proximity to the interstate leading you swiftly to Huntsville International Airport, Downtown Madison and Huntsville, the Space and Rocket Center, Towne Madison and the Trash Pandas stadium, Orion amphitheater, the VBC, Research Park, Redstone Arsenal, the Botanical Gardens, and many state parks and hiking trails, and local breweries. We are within walking distance to Just Love Coffee, Jeremiah’s ice cream, many cute shops, Jack's Burgers and Fries, and Ace Hardware. We are a very short drive to several grocery stores, pharmacies, many local breweries, more cute shops, restaurants, salons and spas, and outdoor shopping centers. This cozy cutie is at the epicenter! Guest access Guests will have access to a large private lot with ample parking in the large driveway and street area. Please no parking on the grass. There is comfortable and spacious indoor and outdoor living space. This is a private property in a cute and friendly neighborhood. Other things to note We supply one roll of toilet paper in all bathrooms as well as one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. Once depleted, guests will be responsible for replenishing. Absolutely NO loud parties, and NO smoking. We will permit small social gatherings and events such as bridal parties, baby showers, etc as long as the number of people is not too great. Please private message me for authorization. Breaking these rules will result in an extra cleaning fee of $50. It will be the guests' responsibility to cover damages. We do have cameras present, so you will be caught if you break these rules. We are hesitant to host local guests. This rule protects the property from wild house parties or what could turn into illegal activity. We will make exceptions if we are comfortable with the booking.
