Cosy modern barn annex close to the moor & coast.

Completely self contained recently converted annex attached to owners barn, with private garden and driveway. Set in a rural location on our smallholding just a mile outside St Teath, with excellent access to the North Cornwall Coast and Bodmin Moor. This is a very convenient location for visiting many of Cornwall's attractions as Polzeath, Rock, Port Isaac, Tintagel, Boscastle St Breward and Blisland are all within a 20 minute drive. Lots of information on things to do and see. The space The annex has an open plan kitchen, living, sleeping area (one standard double bed) with a separate bathroom and hallway. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, also a clothes airer and hanging rail if needed. There's plenty of outside space a large hallway if needed to store bikes or surfboards. Springtime is great for seeing our newborn lambs. Guest access Guest's have their own entrance to 'Little Barn'. There is a step up into the hallway and another into main living room. There is plenty of private parking with space for a trailer or van. Other things to note There is an info file in the barn with suggestions for places to visit and eat out. Local taxi firms etc if needed for weddings etc and we are always on hand for anything else to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
