The entire space feels like a Florida room. You have endless views of the lush golf greens of the Links Golf Course. Sit indoors and watch a show or step outside to the patio where there’s additional seating and dining as well as a gas grill for whipping up delicious lunches or dinners. Speaking of lunch or dinner, the kitchen at Fairways 294 is equally well appointed with stainless steel appliances, a double oven, and a Keurig coffee maker. There’s a three-seater counter bar and a dining table that accommodates six. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a bonus sunroom, which is the perfect place for you to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Downstairs, you’ll also find the stackable washer and dryer, and a guest room, which is walled with windows, has a flat-screen TV, a king bed, and access to the full bathroom. Upstairs are the home’s two other bedrooms and bathrooms. The second guest room has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, a reading nook, and a full en suite bath. The master features a king bed, flat screen TV, and a spacious full en suite bath with double vanity. This home is not pet friendly.
