Outdoor Space - The Hot tub is fully drained and refilled between EVERY guest stay! - Large paver patio with barbecue overlooking the 6th tee of the Meadows golf course. The house is on the golf course for a fantastic view but sits back from the course a bit for privacy and out of the way of stray golf balls. - Excellent spot for kids to play in the snow on the golf course in the winter or to go cross-country skiing or snowshoeing! Other Amenities - 10 passes to the Sunriver SHARC water park included! - Lots of bikes and sleds are provided. - All bedrooms but two have smart TVs or streaming devices for you to use your favorite streaming service. - Separate AC/heat controls for upstairs, downstairs, and game room. Sunriver, OR is THE hub for adventure in the not-so-well-kept secret of Central Oregon. All of the amenities of Sunriver can be accessed via a short bike or car ride from this property's location. There is space for 5 cars at this location, depending on the sizes of the vehicles. Shops, dining, ski rentals, activities, and coffee, are all within a 10-minute bike ride or 5-minute drive. You can also hop in the car and, in 5-20 minutes, be able to experience just about everything Central Oregon has to offer, including kayaking, rafting, rock climbing, caving, world-class fly-fishing, waterpark, bike riding, world-class skiing, hiking, and disc golfing. There is parking for up to 5 cars ONLY. Cars must park in the driveway or the garage. On-street parking is NOT allowed in Sunriver. This property is used regularly by individuals with animal allergies. Pets are NOT allowed under any circumstances for the safety of the individuals with animal allergies. The Sunriver SHARC outdoor waterpark and indoor pool hours and availability change often depending on the season, weather, and their staffing.
