Inside, the apartment is bright and spacious, with large windows, a comfortable living area, and river views throughout. It features 3 bedrooms for up to 6 guests, 3 bathrooms, 2 which are complete, a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, Plasma TV, air conditioning, closets for storage, and a washing machine, making it suitable for both short and longer stays. > Towels and sheets are provided at check-in. > The apartment is located on the 6th floor. The building has both an elevator and stairs. Please note that the maintenance of the elevator is not under our management. > Extra cleaning and amenities repositioning are always available for an extra fee. Long Stays (+1 month): The host is responsible for paying utilities up to a maximum of €150. Exceeding this amount, the guest may need to pay the difference in costs. Please make conscious use of equipment and lights. There is a motion sensor in the apartment that is currently turned off Guest access You have access to the entire apartment. Please use it as your own. Other things to note Check-in time is from 15:00 until 20:00. A late check-in is available, subject to a surcharge: €20 if it occurs after 20:00 and €40 if it occurs after 23:00 until 8:00. Early check-ins before 08:00 are subject to a surcharge of €40 and are always upon availability. Late and Early check-in fees are paid in cash on arrival. At the check-in we will ask for your identification document. Short term rentals are required to report guest's information to Borders Service (SEF) - it is called the Accommodation Bulletin.
