Adjacent to 9 miles of maintained trails. The perfect year round destination! The space The lodge is 3 levels. The bottom level/walkout basement has 2 large bedrooms featuring 3 king sized beds combined, the media room, mudroom, laundryroom and gym ans 2 bathrooms. This level walks out to the yard and outdoor gazebo and sports court. The main level is on the second floor. The master bedroom with a king bed, an additional king bedroom, pool table room, kitchen, living room, hot tub, sauna and expansive decks can be found on this level. The top level has two king bedrooms, a bathroom and a loft. The house boast 6400 square feet but manages to feel intimate and cozy. There are almost 15 acres of private mountain land to explore. Guest access Self check-in. A personal door access code will be provided to you. You will have full access to the home (6400 square feet) and 15 acres of private mountainside to explore. Other things to note This is a one of a kind property in the Ogden Valley. The home is close to Pineview Reservoir, Snowbasin, Power Mountain and Nordic Valley. Events, reunions and gatherings will be considered on a case-by-case basis with pre-approval/additional rent/deposit. 16 guest max without prior authorization.
