The bottom level/walkout basement has 2 large bedrooms featuring 3 king sized beds combined, the media room, mudroom, laundryroom and gym ans 2 bathrooms. This level walks out to the yard and outdoor gazebo and sports court. The main level is on the second floor. The master bedroom with a king bed, an additional king bedroom, pool table room, kitchen, living room, hot tub, sauna and expansive decks can be found on this level. The top level has two king bedrooms, a bathroom and a loft. The house boast 6400 square feet but manages to feel intimate and cozy. There are almost 15 acres of private mountain land to explore. An easy 10 minutes to Snowbasin and Ogden. This sloping parcel faces east to meet the sunrise as it spills out over the water. Enjoy the grandeur of Ogden Valley spread out beneath this elevated lot. Hundreds of miles of trails interconnect along the back of the Wasatch Mountains for mountain biking, hiking, trail running or snowshoeing. Head east for acres of snowmobiling in the winter or horseback riding in the summer at Monte Cristo. The road is not well signed and can be easy to pass. If you are coming east on Highway 39 from Ogden, we are are approximately 2 miles past the damn. Slow down after you past the first road past the damn on the right with the gate. We are the SECOND road on the right. Look for the cluster of mailboxes. Go up the road to the second driveway on the left, the Lakeview Haven sign will stay to your right at the fork. If you are coming from Highway 167 (Trappers Loop) to Highway 39 west, there will be a grouping of homes on left next to Pineview reservoir. The road is about a mile past the cluster of homes. There is a large turnout on the right. The driveway will be on the left and it is a sharp 45 degree turn. If you pass the road, go up to the next turnout and turn around and follow the steps above. This is a one of a kind property in the Ogden Valley. The home is close to Pineview Reservoir, Snowbasin, Power Mountain and Nordic Valley.
