Captain's Corner is a 1 BR/ 1 Bath unit located in the Salty Hammocks complex in Carolina Beach. A convenient 1 minute walk and you are on the beach without ever crossing the road. Central to local restaurants, the boardwalk, and Kure Beach. You cannot pick a better location to experience everything Carolina Beach has to offer. There is a fully stocked kitchen, a living area with a TV and sleeper sofa along with a 50" TV with a Roku and access to dozens of streaming services. The bedroom has it's own private balcony access and a Queen bed with a hotel grade mattress. The newly renovated kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and anything you need to make a full meal from the comfort of the condo. High-speed internet: WiFi available throughout the home and Roku equipped 50" TV in main living room. Connect your own streaming services with ease. Arrival & departure: Check-in is at 4:00 PM via keyless PIN — your code arrives before you do. Checkout is by 10:00 AM sharp. Due to our cleaning team's schedule, early check-ins and late checkouts aren't available at this property. Please don't park on the premises before check-in or after checkout. Unapproved late departures may incur a $200 fee. Pet policy: Well trained pets welcome with fee. Please let us know at time of booking if you will be bringing pets and how many. One pet limit, one time $200 pet fee (per pet) applies. Please note: Guests must follow TOCB rules on dogs as they are not permitted on beach during certain times of the day and year. Outdoor spaces: Private front balcony is perfect for sipping coffee while watching the sunrise with peek-a-boo views of the ocean. Parking: 1 free space available, must display physical parking pass provided and make visible in vehicle at all times. $25 fee for not returning parking pass upon check-out. Additional parking beyond the 1 spot is not available on-site and parking tickets are strictly enforced. Guest Access: Private access to entire condo unit (1 bed/1 bath). Our bathroom is small and contains a stand up tub shower. We also have an outside shower located at the pool available during summer season only. Entry through front deck door and main front door to condo. Keyless PIN code lock on front door that is specific to you. Visitors: Any additional visitors beyond the booked party must be approved by the host in advance. Rental agreement: A short rental agreement is required before check-in. Straightforward, quick, and in place to protect everyone. Smoke-free property: Captain's Corner is 100% smoke-free indoors. Smoking inside will result in a $200 deodorization fee. Insurance: Travel insurance is recommended, as we adhere to the cancelation and refund policy set by Airbnb.
