Bright and cheerful modern one-bedroom home with parking and a private garden. Conveniently located just a 5-min drive from Shrewsbury Hospital and easily accessible to the A5 bypass. The charming town of Shrewsbury, known for its historic Tudor buildings, picturesque streets and vibrant selection of independent shops, restaurants and cafes, is only a 10-min drive away. For those who prefer nature, the breathtaking views of the Shropshire Hills are also just a short drive from your doorstep. The space Downstairs there is a sitting room, with SMART TV and Bluetooth speaker, leading through to a kitchen fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Patio doors out into a south-facing private garden area, ideal for that early morning coffee or late afternoon drink. Upstairs we have one bedroom with double bed and newly fitted bathroom with bathtub and shower over the bath. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the whole of the house and garden. Other things to note If you would like a late check-out, we’re happy to offer this (this is subject to availability of our cleaning team) for an additional fee of £25, up to 1pm. After 1 pm, we will have to charge a further night's stay. We have a travel cot for hire at £20, and a high chair at £10. Please note that linen is not provided for the travel cot. Guests are required to bring their own cot bedding and linen. Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed.
