All guests must be confirmed with the host and any extra guest fees must be paid, if applicable, before arrival. ★ LARGE GROUPS OF 18+ ★ Our home comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests. For any additional guests beyond this number, a fee of $20 per person, per day will apply. This fee helps cover the extra cleaning and wear and tear on the property. If you’re planning to bring more than 18 guests, you must reach out to confirm with me in advance. ★ NO SMOKING ★ Please refrain from smoking during your stay! Any smoking evidence will incur a $500 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. ★ YARD CARE, SNOW REMOVAL & EXTERIOR ACCESS NOTICE ★ Our yard care team services the property every other weekend from March through November, which may fall on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Because their route and timing can vary, we’re unable to guarantee exactly when they’ll arrive—so guests should assume a visit will occur during their stay if it overlaps with a scheduled weekend. If this would be a concern during your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can attempt to reschedule their visit. From December through February, our snow removal team may access the exterior of the property as needed, depending on weather conditions. This may occur at any time, including early mornings or late evenings, to ensure safe access to the property. Please also be aware that the hosts, maintenance workers, yard care crew, or snow removal team may be present on the exterior of the property at any time during your stay. While we always aim to provide notice when possible, there may be occasions when this is not feasible. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept the possibility of exterior access without prior notice.
