The main living area is one story, perfect for little ones or elderly. GREAT family home. Comes with kid toys, baby monitor, noise machine. Guest access Access to entire home, backyard and driveway. We ask that you do not access the garage. Other things to note This home is dog-friendly, however, there's going to be a pet fee, which is $250/pet. Also, please know that the maximum dogs allowed per stay is 2 and is subject for approval. If you are bringing a dog you must let us know prior to your stay and shall never be left unattended in the property. If you plan to on being loud, hosting a large gathering or coming in late at night/early morning this is NOT the home for you. The homeowner lives next door.
