Welcome to the Bardon estate, a small hamlet located between Jonzac and Montendre, in the heart of the countryside surrounded by vineyards & fields of sunflowers. You can fully enjoy the garden with the fenced heated & salted swimming pool of 12m x 6m, the tennis table, the trampoline as well as the outdoor badminton and pétanque. "A heavenly place, very clean and very spacious. The pool is great clean and fully matches the photos. The 2 cottages offer ample space for groups." The space Maximum capacity for the 2 gîtes is 15 persons. The First Large Gîte is a converted barn. On the ground floor, you will find: -a spacious living room -a brand new kitchen (2022) and fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer.... -Bedroom 1 : a kingsize bed (160 x 200) with wheelchair access -Bathroom 1 : large bathroom with walk in shower, 2 sinks and toilets. Accessible to wheelchair users. On the First Floor, there are 3 other bedrooms and a bathroom -Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed and 1 single bed -Bedroom 3 : 3 single beds -Bedroom 4 : 1 kingsize bed bed, 2 single beds and 1 cot bed -Bathroom 2: with bath/shower and toilets. The Second Gîte is an old converted wine store recently modernised with: -a comfortable living room -a fully equipped kitchen with all necessities, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer... -Bedroom 1 : one double bed -Bedroom 2 : one king size bed (160 x200) and one single -Bathroom with walk in shower accessible to wheelchair users. -Both gîte has a private terrace with furniture and barbecue -Parking next to the gîtes is free For more information on the gîtes and what is happening in the area you can find our page on Facebk under "Domaine Bardon" or our website "domainebardon" Guest access - direct access from the parking area to the gîtes - private terrasse with garden furniture and barbecue - heated and salted swimming pool from the beginning of April (weather permitted) to end of September. The pool is fully fenced. - outdoor space with a pétanque area, badminton, trampoline, table tennis... -departure time outside of summer season at 12pm Other things to note On request folded cot bed, baby chair, baby bath... Golf clubs available. Bed linen and towels provided. However if you want to bring your own, a reduction of €80 will be given to you on arrival. Please let us know 7 days prior to your arrival. For winter stays, a wood burner in the big gîte can be used however a €8 supplement will be required by bag. Please let us know before your arrival. No fireworks allowed.
