The space This cottage nestled in the woods has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a detached 4th bedroom with the cozy Casita above the garage, with a full bathroom and coffee nook. The cabin has a well-lit, open concept, living area with high wooden ceilings, a stone fireplace and a fully loaded kitchen with an elegant dining area. Relax and unwind in the arms of nature on the oversized covered porch! It has a dining table and comfortable sectional for you to enjoy your morning coffee and play supplied board games. The yard is completely fenced in for your children's safety. Spot white-tailed deers and the elusive roadrunners as you go for a walk on the trails, just outside your door! Resort style amenities at this amazing community include the Resort Style Beach Club (a short 5 mins drive from the cabin) with an infinity pool. Overall, the Beach Club alone offers 3 pools and a fitness center. The Trailhead Club, also a 5 min drive from the cabin, features lap style pool, pickleball/basketball courts and a playground. Golf carts are a great way to get around the Hollows and they can be rented from a vendor within the community. Lake Travis is over 90% full! You can now launch your kayak right on the lake, from the Kayak Clubs at the Hollows. Conditions apply. -Pools are not heated and guests have access to all Hollows amenities, subject to closures and cannot be guaranteed by hosts - We love our neighbors at The Hollows, so we kindly ask that "quiet hours" between 10pm and 9am are observed.
