Hot Tub Safety Rules • Shower with soap & water before entry • Do NOT add any soap or oils • NO drug/alcohol use • Enter/Exit slowly • NO glass in or near hot tub • Elderly persons & pregnant women must consult doctor before use • Children MUST be supervised by adult • Do NOT enter if temperature is over 104 degrees • Replace cover after each use • Do NOT sit or lie down on cover • Turn OFF jets after use This is a pet-friendly room! Please keep the following things in mind: • Pet fees apply: $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. • Pets must be potty-trained dogs. We prefer dogs under 50 lbs but can be flexible, reach out to us for exceptions. • Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors (hair, waste, etc.). • Keep your dog on a leash in common areas, some guests may not love pets as much as we do! • Violating these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
